How can businesses request a configuration review for PowerDe PWD01 with battery?

When a fleet, depot or service company shortlists a mobile steam washer, the datasheet is rarely the hard part. The hard part is deciding whether the machine as specified will actually fit your bays, your power supply and your duty cycle. A configuration review is how Shenzhen PowerDe Automation Precision Equipment settles those questions before an order is placed on the PowerDe PWD01 driving style steam cleaning machine, the battery-powered variant of our mobile active-water cleaning machine for indoor garages and narrow outdoor parking spaces.

What a configuration review actually covers

A configuration review is a documented exchange, not a sales call. You send your operating conditions; our engineering team returns a written statement of which PWD01 build matches them, which items need a change, and which requests the platform cannot meet. Four subjects are reviewed every time.

  • Power and utility setup: on-site supply, charging arrangement, and whether the machine runs from the battery pack or from mains in your facility.
  • Operating profile: daily wash count, typical soil load, shift pattern, and whether dry steam, wet steam or hot-water mode carries the work.
  • Site geometry: aisle width, ramp gradients, floor drainage, and storage space for the unit between shifts.
  • Commercial scope: quantity, delivery terms, spares and consumables, and the after-sales support your team will actually use.

The information to send in your first message

Requests move fastest when the first email already contains the operating picture. We ask procurement and operations staff to supply the following so a review can be started without a second round of questions.

  1. Vehicle types and sizes you clean, and roughly how many units pass through per day or per shift.
  2. Where cleaning happens: an indoor garage, an outdoor parking area, or both, with a floor plan or photographs if available.
  3. Available power on site, including voltage and whether charging must happen off-shift.
  4. Water supply and drainage arrangement, and any local rule on wastewater collection you must follow.
  5. Main soil type: road film, mud, oil and grease, or mixed grime from a mixed fleet.
  6. Quantity needed, target delivery window, and your market or country.

Battery choice: the PWD01 with and without battery

The PWD01 platform is listed in two variants, and the choice drives most of the rest of the configuration. The PWD01 including battery suits sites where the wash position is far from a supply point, or where operators move between several bays during a shift. The PWD01 without battery suits a fixed bay with stable mains power, where the lower complexity matters more than freedom of movement.

In the review we test that choice against your shift pattern. A battery that carries a two-shift day in a depot with no off-shift charging point needs a different capacity plan from the same machine in a single-shift garage. We also check protection expectations against your environment, since the PWD01 platform is specified with leakage, short-circuit, high-temperature, high-voltage and water-shortage protection, and those items only help if the installation matches the assumptions behind them.

What you receive back

Every completed review is returned in writing and contains a named model and variant, the options selected, any change needed on your side (power point, drainage, staging area), a lead time for that build, and a quotation for the configuration rather than for a generic catalogue item. Where a request cannot be met on the PWD01 platform, we say so and point to the closer option in the cleaning equipment series. For sites that need a fixed, high-output unit instead of a mobile one, the Fixed Steam Cleaning Machine PowerDe HW02 is usually the reviewed alternative, with its 220 V supply, 6 kW heating power, 160 °C steam temperature and 0.8 MPa vapour pressure.

Where the PWD01 sits alongside other PowerDe equipment

PowerDe has been building automation and cleaning equipment in Shenzhen since 2007, and the mobile cleaning line also includes the driving style PWD02 and HMW2 machines, plus hand-pushed units for medical and facility work. If your operation cleans several classes of asset, the review may propose a mixed package. A depot that washes vehicles at the gate and detail work indoors often ends up with a mobile unit for throughput and a fixed unit for deep cleaning.

How to start the review

Send your operating details to sales@powerde.net with the model name PWD01 in the subject line, or use the enquiry form on our solutions page. Tell us the quantity and the country, and we will confirm which documents your import process needs at the same time as the configuration statement. If your team is evaluating mobile washers against a budget ceiling, say so plainly; the review will then show which option in the PowerDe cleaning equipment range meets the duty cycle at that cost, and what would have to be given up to reach it.
