1. Commercial steam cleaning equipment specification sheet
The specification sheet is the reference document for installation planning. It records the model, working voltage, heating power, steam temperature, vapor pressure, tank material and capacity, overall dimensions, and inlet water connection. For the fixed commercial steam cleaning equipment model PowerDe HW02, for example, the sheet lists 220 V supply, 6 kW heating power, 160 °C steam temperature, 0.8 MPa vapor pressure, and an 80 L SUS304 tank, together with the tap-water inlet fitting size.
Check these figures against your utility supply and floor space before the machine arrives. A buyer who plans power, water connection and machine footprint from the delivered specification sheet avoids the most common installation delay, which is a site that is not ready for the equipment actually shipped.
2. Packing list and accessory inventory
The packing list should itemize the machine, guns, nozzles, hoses, brushes, vacuum accessories, chargers and batteries where applicable, with part numbers for each accessory. Our quality control team verifies the list against the physical contents of the crate before the crate is closed, and signs the record.
Ask your receiving team to sign the packing list only after a count. Accessory part numbers on that signed list become the reference when replacement lances, nozzles or seals are ordered later, which prevents the wrong spare being ordered for an industrial steam cleaner that has been in service for a year or two.
3. Operator manual and quick-start card
The operator manual covers startup, mode selection, safe working distances, personal protective equipment, shutdown, and storage. Mobile units such as the driving style PowerDe PWD01 and PWD02 run on battery packs, so their manuals also cover charging practice and the protection functions the machines provide against leakage, short circuit, high temperature, high voltage and water shortage.
A laminated quick-start card is shipped with the machine so that a new operator can reach the correct dry-steam or wet-steam mode without reading the full manual on day one. Keep the full manual in a controlled binder, and issue the card to the shift floor.
4. Maintenance and consumables schedule
The maintenance document states inspection intervals for hoses, seals, filters, nozzles, heating elements and battery contacts, with the service actions written as steps and the parts named by part number. It also states what a user may service in the field and what requires factory support.
Schedule the first inspection against the machine's commissioning date rather than its shipping date. Machines that sit in a warehouse for months enter their service interval on the day they start working, and a schedule written against the commissioning date keeps warranty and service records consistent.
5. Factory test report, certificate list and shipping records
Each unit ships with the record of its pre-shipment functional test, the applicable conformity certificates, the commercial invoice and packing documents, and the serial number that ties all of them together. For a fixed installation, keep the test report with the electrical documentation for the room, since inspectors and facility managers ask for it during audits.
Confirm the certificates you need for your market at the quotation stage. Requirements differ by country and by machine type, and the certificate set must be prepared during production, not after the machine is packed.
6. Training and handover record
A handover record lists who was trained, which modes were demonstrated, which safety points were covered, and which items were confirmed as working at commissioning. Intelligent cleaning equipment manufacturer PowerDe supports remote guidance for commissioning, and the completed record is the document both sides sign when the machine is accepted.
Store the handover record with the warranty paperwork. A dated, signed record is what supports a warranty claim, and it also tells your own team who on staff is authorized to operate the equipment.
How to prepare before the delivery arrives
- Confirm the utility requirements from the specification sheet: supply voltage, water inlet type and connection size, and floor space for the machine footprint.
- Nominate one document controller. All drawings, manuals, test reports and handover records go into one numbered binder per serial number.
- Request the certificate list for your market in writing before production starts, and keep it with the purchase order.
- Count the crate against the packing list at receiving and keep the signed copy.
PowerDe is a Shenzhen-based manufacturer of cleaning and automation equipment, and every machine is shipped with the specification sheet, packing list, operator manual, maintenance schedule and factory test record described above. If you need documents in a specific format, or a customized configuration with its own documentation set, contact PowerDe engineering services before production is scheduled, so the paperwork is prepared alongside the machine instead of reconstructed afterwards.
